Weed and three black circles

In my local area the weeds are tender and green, and then dry crunchy crispy skeletons in the heat of summer and all of that inner city reflecting heat.
The circles are patching up the environment; they are based on a Japanese fabric and the idea of sewing on a patch to fix up something. It is also a reference to measuring units, and how to measure something with a circle.
